The General Rules and Guidelines​

Welcome to Elite Community, is a gamer-founded platform where international users come together to discuss games, technology, and software.
The following rules exist to ensure a respectful, safe, and high-quality environment for all members.
And rules apply to all forum sections but may be extended or relaxed by section-specific rules.

1. Severe Violations (Permanent Ban + Possible Legal Action)​

These actions result in immediate and non-negotiable bans:

• Hate speech or discrimination (racism, sexism, homophobia, religious hate, etc.)
• Threats, harassment, or exposing personal data
• Sharing or requesting illegal software (cracks, warez), gambling content
• Promoting terrorism or glorifying violence
• Fraud, phishing, DDoS attacks, botnets, carding
• Unauthorized access to systems/accounts (excluding game cheats)
• Spreading viruses, trojans, keyloggers, malware
• Extreme profanity, insults, or offensive behavior toward staff
• Advertising other forums/platforms
• Mass spamming on threads or private messages

2. Serious Violations (Warning → Temporary Ban)​

• Spamming (repeating content, flooding threads)
• Trolling and inciting arguments
• Direct insults or mocking other users
• Requesting illegal tools (e.g., cracks, keygens)
• Posting pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Pretending to be staff (using fake ranks/titles)

3. Moderate Violations (Warning + Content Removal)​

• Obscene or graphic content
• Unapproved advertising or self-promotion
• Humiliating or provoking other members
• Referral links (only allowed via PM upon request)
• Promoting external websites must include visible credit to Elite Community
• You may promote your social media only if you follow our official pages
• Discord servers may only be promoted in approved threads
• Commercial exchanges must occur in the designated "Black Market" section
• Abusing the report system with false reports

4. Minor Violations (Warning / Content Edited)​

• Off-topic posts unrelated to the forum section
• Double posting in short time intervals
• Misleading, caps-locked, or emoji-heavy thread titles
• Avatars imitating staff badges
• Unnecessarily bumping old threads
• Harsh or provocative tone toward other users
• Using URLs in usernames or thread titles (e.g., YourName.com)

Signature and Profile Rules​

• Signatures must be visually clean and not disruptive
• Advertisement links are allowed only in permitted areas
• No profanity, illegal content, or political propaganda in signatures

Disciplinary Actions​

Minor Violation	Warning or Content Edited

Note: Users who contribute positively may receive leniency. Repeat offenders may face stricter action. These decisions are final and at the discretion of the administration.
Note 2: Warnings and penalties are not the same.

Administrative Authority​

• Moderators may remove any content without prior notice,
• Forum administration reserves the right to make the final decision in all disputes.
• Forum rules may be updated without announcement – users are expected to stay informed,
• Forum administration are not directly responsible for user-generated content, but can intervene when necessary

Disclaimer​

• Elite Community is a public platform. Users are fully responsible for their shared content.
• Forum staff reserves the right to remove harmful or illegal content without notice.
• User IP addresses, login records, and content history may be shared with authorities upon request.
